💚 Heart Chakra (Anahata) — Divine Love, Compassion & Self-Worth
Your heart chakra is the bridge between the physical and spiritual chakras. It’s where divine love, forgiveness, and emotional healing live. When the heart chakra is open, we connect with others through compassion and give ourselves permission to receive love fully. When blocked, grief, jealousy, and codependency can take root.
